Universities, federal laboratories, and research centers conduct billions of dollars in research and development annually to generate groundbreaking inventions—they can help saves lives and improve the way we live and work. This is done through technology transfer, something entrepreneurs, minority-serving institutions (MSIs), Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and private-sector firms use to introduce science-related products and tech innovations and services to the American marketplace. It’s a thorough process that includes identifying new technologies, protecting technologies through patents and copyrights and forming development and commercialization strategies.
Minority and women entrepreneurs which include (MSIs) lack participation in innovation programs. Therefore, the Jamii Group is here to promote, facilitate, and educate universities, business owners and private industries about the untapped potential of today’s top minority innovators.

Federal Innovation and Technology Commercialization Includes:
